Our Mission

Mission House Denver exists to build up young Catholics to boldly live out the universal calls to holiness and mission.

Who We Are

Mission House Denver stands in the gap to provide a context of belonging and authentic Catholic living for young men who want to be strong leaders in the Faith and who desire to build a culture of invitation to bring others into a fullness of life and abundance in Christ.

Mission House Denver is a place where these young men can live together and build a life of brotherhood, serve the Church and those the Church seeks to serve together, and be built up to live the life of mission and holiness to which all baptized Christians are called.

In October 2022, Mission House Denver was granted permission to function officially as a Catholic apostolate in the Archdiocese of Denver by Most Reverend Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila, S.T.L.

Community on Mission: Equipping Leaders for the Church

Mission House Denver equips leaders for the Church in three ways:

  1. Forming men for a life of missionary Gospel witness & leadership.

    • Mission House Denver provides low-cost housing & formation to young men willing to commit to structured & intentional community life, outreach, & apostolic service.

    • These men live in community and adhere to a common rule of life, participate in a rigorous formation program, host community-building events for young adults, and serve as leaders in The Frassati Project, a youth ministry initiative of Mission House Denver.

  2. Inviting our community into mission and building up volunteer leaders to encounter & accompany the youth.

    • We invite young adults from our extended community to join us as volunteer leaders for The Frassati Project youth ministry. We provide retreats, training, & formation to our leaders to ensure that they are equipped and prepared to walk with teens in their faith journeys.

    • These leaders are joyful and vibrant followers of Christ, providing a compelling witness to the Gospel via mentorship and youth group gatherings.

  3. Empowering the youth to invite others into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

    • By walking with teens in intentional accompaniment, fostering an environment of encounter, we model relational evangelization to the teens and encourage them to invite others to join us for youth group so that they can build fellowship & community amongst one another and have an opportunity to encounter Christ.
