    This sweepstakes is sponsored by Mission House Denver, 735 Devinney Ct, Golden, CO 80401 (“Sponsor”). 

    2. Eligibility

    Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. 

    3. Sweepstakes Period

    Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM MST on January 1, 2026 through 10:30 AM MST on January 5, 2026. 
    The winner will be selected on January 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM MST. 

    4. How to Enter

    NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or donation does not increase the chances of winning. 

    Participants may enter by any of the following methods: 

    a. Donation Entry

    Individuals may receive entries for donations made to Mission House Denver during the Sweepstakes Period as follows: 

    • 10 entries for a $10 donation

    • 50 entries for a $25 donation
      Donation entries are optional and have the same chance of winning as free entries. 

    b. Free InPerson Entry at SEEK Conference

    Individuals may receive one entry by submitting a written entry including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address at the Mission House Denver booth at the Denver SEEK Conference, January 1–5, 2026. 
    All inperson entries must be submitted by 10:30 AM MST on January 5, 2026. 

    All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning. 

    5. Prize

    One (1) winner will receive an electric bicycle (ebike) with an approximate retail value of $405.99. Prize is nontransferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099MISC as required. 

    6. Winner Selection

    One (1) winner will be chosen in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on January 5, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

    7. Winner Notification

    Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days. Winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected. 

    8. Publicity

    By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

    9. General Conditions

    Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Any attempt to tamper with the sweepstakes may result in disqualification. 

    10. Compliance With Law

    This sweepstakes is governed by Colorado law, including applicable provisions of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act and state sweepstakes disclosure requirements. 

    11. Privacy

    Information collected will be used solely for sweepstakes administration and will not be sold or shared except as required by law.
